Position Description

We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
• Qualifying insurance leads
• Recruiting patients for medical studies
• Setting medical appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or reputed company) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

• Webcam
• High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Development

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll undergo a comprehensive 2-week virtual training program, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST). This training will cover the following topics:

• Customer service best practices
• CRM software and other customer service tools
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and productivity techniques
