Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

• Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Learn and follow reputed company customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with arenaflex standards
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
• Upsell products or services as needed to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a reputed company field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed sales targets

• MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
