Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Coordinator - Direct Sales (Remote) to join reputed company in Massachusetts. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention, managing reputed company backlog, and providing exceptional customer service through process knowledge and program management implementation. You will also collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and customer needs are met on schedule.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Increase customer retention through process knowledge and program management implementation
- Manage reputed company backlog based on assignment
- Use in-house reporting systems to generate data, analyze results, and present data formally to the customer or internal business partners
- Create tutorials and facilitate customer meetings reputed company webinars
- Interact and collaborate on a daily basis with internal/external cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and customer's needs are met on schedule
- Pro-actively consult with internal/external sales teams to ensure program commitments to the customer are in line with company capabilities
- Advanced knowledge in direct sales order entry system, value-added services, and reputed company operational processes
