Key Responsibilities

As a Premium Audit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues
• Responding to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information
• Explaining audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner
• Completing Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation
• Coordinating communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes
• Assisting auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients
• Scheduling and confirming audit appointments, ensuring reputed company parties are informed and reputed company
• Maintaining accurate records of reputed company communications and interactions with clients
• Preparing and distributing audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Identifying opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions
• Developing and implementing best practices for managing premium audit communications
• Collaborating with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery
• Ensuring reputed company communications reputed company with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients
• Addressing and resolving any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a reputed company field is preferred
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
