Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
