Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers across the globe, reputed company phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize arenaflex's innovative CX solutions and technology to deliver a seamless experience to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in Oklahoma (Remote).

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Open availability during operating hours a must!
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet reputed company. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used.
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video reputed company will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
