The Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Phone), you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients and customers through phone calls, chat messaging, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class service, educate customers on our products and services, and resolve issues reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and delivering top-reputed company interactions

• Educate customers on products, prices, and promotions, addressing their queries and concerns
• reputed company orders for delivery/pickup on behalf of customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Document interactions with customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Follow the daily schedule provided by Workforce Management, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Identify patient needs and provide solutions, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues

Additional Minimum Qualifications

* Must be at least 21 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent education required

Required/Preferred Experience

* At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service

• Call Center experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
