Regional Treasury Manager - REMOTE

In this pivotal role, the incumbent will set the operational reputed company for treasury activities across Europe, ensuring compliance with corporate policies while promoting efficiency and excellence in financial processes. The position requires strong leadership abilities to manage a growing team and maintain a high standard of service delivery across various stakeholders. As part of this role, significant collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners will be essential to foster a cash-oriented environment. This role not only influences regional treasury operations but also plays a critical part in strategic financial decision-making processes. Accountabilities

• Set up the Regional Treasury Team - Europe in Brussels with a reputed company of 18 FTEs by 2027.
• Manage RTT staffing and training along with the Regional Treasurer.

• Ensure operational excellence in treasury processes with KPIs.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders including legal, tax, and banks.
• Manage daily cash functions and optimize cash flow regionally.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in financing and treasury activities in multinational companies.
• Proven management and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong capabilities in MS reputed company.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and other European languages is a plus.
• Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics.
