What Skills You Have Required

• 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role focused on data science, analytics, or artificial intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science.Â
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives in a reputed company organization.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and reputed company technologies, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to think strategically and reputed company a long-term vision, while also being able to execute and deliver reputed company results.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and address the needs of various business functions. Retail industry experience is a significant plus.
