- Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.

Responsibilities

At the core of our company’s success are reputed company Members. To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
- 2+ years' of proven reputed company to back sales experience reputed company timeshare sales.
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
- Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as reputed company, Chorus, E-worksheet, reputed company, reputed company Outlook, etc
- Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
- Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
