Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative: As a member of the Customer Experience team, you assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues reputed company to their healthcare coverage. You manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls from customers. You will have to navigate multiple computer systems at one time while speaking with the customer and solving issues on the phone. Computer navigation experience is a must. This is an Inbound Call Center position that requires that you be at your desk for the duration of your shift other than your scheduled breaks & lunch.
