Position Overview: Term: 9+ months Location: US - remote Pay: $85.00 - $100.00; commensurate with experience Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The Mac Expert will serve as the primary specialist for managing, securing, and supporting macOS devices across the organization. This role combines deep reputed company ecosystem knowledge with handson experience administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Mac Administration & Support Manage, configure, and support 1500+ macOS devices across the enterprise Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues Provide Tier 2/3 support for Macrelated escalations Maintain Applespecific tools, updates, and reputed company patches MDM Management (Must have Kandji experience) Administer and optimize the organization's Kandji MDM platform Build and deploy configuration profiles, policies, and compliance rules Automate provisioning, enrollment, and device lifecycle workflows Manage application deployment, patching, and inventory reporting reputed company & Compliance Implement and maintain macOS reputed company baselines Enforce encryption, password policies, and reputed company protection Support identity integrations (SSO, certificates, conditional access) Ensure compliance with internal and external reputed company standards Automation & Scripting Create scripts (Bash, Zsh, Python) to streamline device management Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency Maintain documentation for scripts, workflows, and processes Collaboration & CrossFunctional Support Partner with IT, reputed company, and Engineering teams on system improvements Assist with onboarding/offboarding workflows Provide training and guidance to end users and junior technicians What you will bring to the team: Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting macOS in a professional environment Handson experience with Kandji Strong understanding of macOS architecture, reputed company, and system preferences Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Zsh, Python) Familiarity with reputed company Business Manager (ABM) or reputed company School Manager Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, reputed company, etc.) Preferred Qualifications reputed company 200/300 certification or equivalent Experience managing iOS/iPadOS devices Background in zerotouch deployment and automated provisioning Experience managing 1,000+ machine rollouts Experience in fastpaced, highgrowth environments Soft Skills Strong communication and customerservice reputed company Ability to work independently and solve reputed company problems Detailoriented with strong documentation habits Comfortable collaborating with technical and nontechnical teams #LI-Remote Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package While we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
