Your Role at arenaflex

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients and healthcare providers, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications and Requirements

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
