Job Overview
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support/Sales Representative to join reputed company on a seasonal basis. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing sales consultations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Be the voice of arenaflex – Answer 20-30 calls/emails per day, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Host virtual consultations – Present 2-4, 30-45 minute reputed company consultations per day with prospective clients to discuss services and assess their needs.
- Master reputed company reputed company – Analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up like a pro – reputed company in touch with leads through phone, email, and other platforms, nurturing relationships and driving sales.
- Upsell & renew – Help customers discover additional services they'll love, increasing reputed company and customer satisfaction.

- Remote working experience, with a strong track record of productivity and results.
Tech Must-Haves

* Totally Flexible! We reputed company in work-life balance. Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST. Flexible days, including mainly weekdays and sometimes on weekends if desired (to be mutually agreed upon).
- June 1 – September 1: 20-30 hours/week
- September 1 – December 1: 10-20 hours/week (holiday lighting season)
- December 1 – reputed company 1: No scheduled hours (time to hibernate)
- reputed company 1 – June 1 (2026): 10-15 hours per week
