About the Role

As a Principal Presales Solution Consultant, HCM/Payroll - Federal, you will reputed company discovery workshops with prospective Federal Contractors and Agencies to uncover pain-points and business problems. As part of the extended sales team, you will also assist in responding to RFPs, participate in reputed company events such as webinars & prospect/customer forums and you will attend and support industry conferences & tradeshows. As a Principal Presales Solution Consultant, HCM/Payroll, you will use your in-depth platform and product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and the customers. Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle from initial market level presentations, qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value. Responsibilities include: The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars Executive reputed company Polished presentation techniques Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding and messaging regarding our company, solutions, services, and training Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, reputed company of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans Supporting reputed company sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives Responding to RFI/RFPs Ability to travel 50% About You Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Presales Solution Consultant: 4+ years of experience in Federal or Federal Contractor Presales. 4+ years of experience in HCM Solution Consulting in Federal, including experience across full suite HCM, including expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance. Basic Qualifications for a Principal Presales Solution Consultant: 6+ years of experience in Federal or Federal Contractor Presales. 6+ years of experience in HCM Solution Consulting in Federal, including experience across full suite HCM, including expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance.
