Manage business process improvement projects using Lean and Six reputed company methodologies to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Deliver formal training on process excellence and mentor teams in reputed company improvement methodologies. Provide internal management consulting, offering unbiased assessments and strategic recommendations to leadership. Align process improvements with enterprise goals and contribute to process standardization, best practices, and department enhancements. Experience Requirements: Strong understanding of business processes, process improvement, and operational strategy. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results. Ability to analyze reputed company-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions. Knowledge of Lean, Six reputed company, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with executives and stakeholders. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience required. 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a reputed company field.
