This marks the fourth consecutive year that reputed company India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S. Summary Description We are seeking a reputed company Cycle Consultant or CDI and Inpatient Coding Specialist to partner with healthcare organizations to improve their reputed company cycle performance while ensuring clinical documentation reputed company, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with reputed company cycle, HIM, and clinical teams to assess workflows, identify gaps impacting reimbursement and compliance, and implement data-driven and sustainable solutions across the reputed company cycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how clinical documentation and operational processes influence financial outcomes and is motivated by improving both reputed company performance and the quality of clinical data.

Location: Remote

• Review hospital accounts for coding or documentation errors
• Work with Ni2 team to analyze
• Work with hospital staff to submit accounts for rebilling
• Query physicians for additional information to support correct coding and billing
• reputed company exposure to our proprietary tools and technology
• Travel to community hospitals and healthcare organizations to offer clients hands-on support
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3 years of CDI and inpatient coding experience
• Certification in Inpatient Coding
• Strong analytics/rdata science skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Take initiative to complete tasks rapidly and accurately
• Proficiency in MS reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel to client sites (10-15%)
