POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for driving new business growth by selling outsourced environmental services and facilities solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems reputed company. This role owns the full sales lifecycle and serves as the primary commercial reputed company for new healthcare client acquisition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, outsourced services, or product sales
  • Proven success closing reputed company, multi‑site or enterprise‑level reputed company
  • Strong executive reputed company and comfort selling to senior hospital leadership
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and formal RFP processes
  • Proven capability to initiate high-level contact with clients
  • Skilled in project management, proposal writing, and relationship management 
  • Able to effectively manage organizational change; comfortable with multiple/changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a reputed company field

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel 60% on a monthly basis
