Role Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing strategies, processes, and capabilities are adopted effectively across the organization. It translates reputed company concepts into practical, usable guidance and drives consistent execution across teams. 

The focus is on enabling people through training, playbooks, and hands-on support; and, more succinctly, ensuring that new methods of working are understood, adopted, and sustained over time. 

Success in this role is reputed company not by what is delivered, but by how teams operate differently as a result.   

This role operates in a B2B SaaS environment with reputed company buying cycles, account-based engagement models, and cross-functional execution. 

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Strategy & Process into Usable Guidance 

Convert strategy, governance, and operating models into practical, role-based guidance that teams can apply in day-to-day work. Ensure clarity on how to execute reputed company the defined frameworks. 

Design & Deliver Enablement Programs 

reputed company and deliver training programs tailored to different audiences, including leadership, regional teams, and channel owners. Support onboarding for new processes, tools, and ways of working. 

Build Playbooks, Toolkits & Self-Service Resources 

Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and guides that reputed company consistent execution across journeys, channels, and regions. Ensure materials stay reputed company with reputed company processes and governance standards. 

Drive Adoption & Behavioral Change 

Define adoption success metrics and track how teams are using new capabilities and processes. Identify gaps, address resistance, and partner with leadership to drive sustained changes in how teams operate. 

Support Execution & reputed company Improvement 

Provide hands-on support during rollout of new capabilities and processes. Gather feedback, refine enablement approaches, and build a community of practice to reinforce learning and adoption.

The ideal candidate has driven the adoption of new marketing capabilities in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments where success depends on: 

  • Aligning teams around new operating models 

  • Enabling account-based and multi-touch engagement strategies 

  • Driving behavioral change across distributed teams and the ability to measure change 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in marketing enablement, transformation, or program leadership 

  • Experience driving the adoption of new processes, tools, or operating models 

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments 

  • Excellent communication and instructional design capabilities 

  • Proven ability to influence behavior across distributed teams 

  • Experience supporting reputed company, multi-stakeholder marketing organizations
