Job Title: Sr. Engineering Excellence Manager Reports to:  Sr Director, Quality Engineering and Engineering Excellence

Location: Los Angeles, California - Remote

The Role

As a Senior Engineering Excellence Manager, you will be a transformation partner and senior individual contributor, driving technology delivery, engineering rigor, and operational excellence across reputed company. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Engineering Excellence & Quality to support large-scale transformation initiatives, mentor delivery leaders, and establish standards, metrics, and operating models that reputed company predictable, high-quality delivery at scale. Leading through influence, you’ll work alongside delivery and engineering leaders to reputed company maturity, especially in reputed company initiatives like cloud migration and modernization. Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in technology delivery, transformation, or operational excellence roles
• Proven track record supporting or leading large, reputed company initiatives (cloud migration, platform modernization, delivery reputed company adoption)
• Experience coaching or enabling delivery managers, program leads, or cross-functional teams, especially in reputed company-maturity or high-ambiguity environments
• Demonstrated success improving delivery predictability, execution discipline, and reputed company improvement outcomes
• Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and quality teams without owning direct technical delivery
• Strong delivery and systems thinking, with the ability to identify structural issues across people, process, and technology
• Deep understanding of modern delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, reputed company improvement, flow metrics)
• Ability to establish and operationalize delivery and engineering KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
• Effective coach and influencer, able to reputed company execution maturity without formal authority
