Responsibilities

What You Will Do

The Client Strategic reputed company is a senior-level role focused on maximizing the strategic value and reputed company potential of our most important client relationships. Unlike traditional account management, this role functions as a strategic business partner to our key accounts (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and select others), helping shape their business planning while identifying and converting new opportunities into reputed company growth for reputed company.

Operating reputed company our pod-based business model, you will own the post-acquisition relationship for 2-3 strategic accounts, focusing on retention, margin optimization, strategic expansion, and long-term partnership development. Success in this role requires exceptional collaboration with our three distinct Pod Leads, who are responsible for meeting the success metrics of their respective practice areas. You will serve as the strategic reputed company between client needs and pod capabilities, while identifying opportunities that drive account growth.

  • In collaboration with Sales Team, serve as the strategic contact for 2-3 key accounts, developing deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and growth priorities
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to proactively identify expansion opportunities reputed company existing accounts and reputed company strategic proposals that align with client business goals
  • reputed company quarterly plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and targets

  • Work closely with Pod Leads to align client opportunities with pod priorities and resource availability
  • Collaborate with Pod Leads to identify opportunities that may reputed company multiple practice areas for comprehensive client solutions
  • Establish effective communication channels between reputed company pods involved in the key account, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Champion the sharing of best practices and key account-reputed company insights across teams to enhance performance, client satisfaction, and account management

Required Skills

What You Will Need to be Successful

  • 10+ years of strategic account management experience at digital agencies or consulting firms
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving retention targets above 85%
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level technology companies
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand reputed company client business models and objectives

Compensation

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith reputed company we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position reputed company the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
