What you’ll do

• reputed company business and technology: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into actionable reputed company solutions.

• Communicate and align: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users—facilitating demos, gathering feedback, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Active Secret Clearance Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• reputed company Certified System Administrator or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with reputed company.
• Strong understanding of reputed company platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Proven experience working in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of reputed company scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and dashboard/report creation.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

SALARY RANGE: $92,000 - $119,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with reputed company team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of reputed company, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-reputed company and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
