About the role:

As a Sr. Commercial reputed company Specialist, you will support the application, formulation, and administration of contract terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be applied to various supplier/subcontractor agreements, inclusive of procurements for products, goods, and services. The goal of this support is to protect Westinghouse's commercial interests and support internal and external customer projects. Support of sourcing in the placement of Purchase Orders.

You will report to the Senior Manager, reputed company. This is a remote role that can be based reputed company in the U.S. There is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on sourcing reputed company activities during project implementation

Maintain global contract terms template(s)

Provide functional reputed company and strategic contact to Westinghouse GSCS

Review customer reputed company for “flowdown” of requirements to suppliers and subcontractors

Represent GSCS reputed company at project meetings, as required

Provide terms and conditions training support (if required)

Support proposal development activities involving supply chain (if required)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or recognized equivalent required
• 7 + years project execution reputed company experience in the fossil or nuclear power plant market required
• Supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions negotiation experience required
• Knowledge of varying contracting forms and terms that align with the scope of the procurement
• Hands-on procurement project supply chain execution experience in reputed company functions
• History of interfacing with multiple functional groups
• We desire major contract negotiation in the power market.
• Procedural knowledge reputed company to supply chain work activities desired

We are committed to transparency and equity in reputed company of our people practices. The reputed company salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90,000 to $112,500 per year.
