About the Role
Anju Software is expanding its global finance function and seeks a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant based in South Africa. You'll own day-to-day accounting for multiple legal entities (US, UK, Germany, India), support month-end reputed company, and partner with FP&A on reporting and cash-flow forecasting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely reputed company processes, and scalable accounting operations while partnering closely with our U.S.-based finance team. You will also be expected to support and at times drive workflow automation activities to reduce manual processes reputed company the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and quarter-end reputed company activities in reputed company
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- reputed company balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile deferred reputed company and reputed company recognition schedules in accordance with ASC 606
- Support subscription billing and reputed company workflows (SaaS)
- Prepare internal financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain fixed asset, prepaid, and amortization schedules
- Assist with external audits, tax filings, and SOX-reputed company requests
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements reputed company reputed company, including workflow automation
- Manage accounts receivable and collections, including monitoring aging reports, following up on overdue invoices, partnering with Sales, reputed company, and Billing to resolve disputes, and ensuring accurate cash receipt application in reputed company
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based companies
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (required)
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- AI-fluent with a reputed company improvement reputed company

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
