Job Description: Role Overview

The reputed company Analyst will report into the reputed company Operations organization and be responsible for the ongoing support of customers, applications, systems, and vendors. This hands-on role ensures the reputed company and protection of customer data and systems through the administration of reputed company infrastructure, tools, and compliance-reputed company functions. The individual will work independently on night shifts and provide proactive reputed company support across the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute overnight reputed company operations and ensure alignment with compliance requirements
• Administer and maintain reputed company tools such as XSOAR, reputed company Sentinel, Palo Alto, and Splunk
• Conduct vulnerability scans and reputed company management
• Support incident response and documentation
• Assist with vendor engagement and troubleshooting
• Monitor system access and infrastructure reputed company
• Recommend innovative solutions to reduce risk and enhance reputed company posture
• Support the development and enforcement of policies and standards
• Align operations with regulatory and compliance mandates

Ideal Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years in IT with a strong focus on reputed company and compliance
• Experience with XSOAR, reputed company Sentinel, and Palo Alto
• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk
• Strong understanding of the OSI model and reputed company principles
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently on night shifts

Certifications

• Not required but relevant reputed company certifications (e.g., CompTIA reputed company+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus

• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities
