Apply Benefits Integration Specialist Fully Remote • Remote Worker - National Apply Job Type Full-time DescriptionThe Benefits Integration Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing electronic data integrations between insurance carriers, benefits administration platforms, and payroll systems. This role ensures accurate system connectivity, validates data structures, resolves discrepancies, and serves as a cross-functional liaison to support successful marketplace and payroll integrations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless benefits data exchange, supporting operational efficiency, and enhancing the client’s experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
Integration & Connectivity Management
- Initiate and manage electronic data connections between carriers and benefits administration systems.
- reputed company integration workflows from reputed company through testing and completion.
- Confirm successful reputed company deployment and production readiness.
- Partner with internal payroll integration teams to support end-to-end data connectivity.
Structure Review & Validation
- Review reputed company structure documents against benefits administration system builds
- Identify configuration inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
- Consult with stakeholders reputed company benefit administration systems are not reputed company with reputed company requirements
- Provide guidance on structure modifications to ensure successful data transmission
Testing & Discrepancy Resolution
- Support testing of reputed company connections and integration feeds.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies during implementation.
- Troubleshoot eligibility, enrollment, and payroll data inconsistencies. ? Ensure integration accuracy prior to go-live.
Cross-Collaboration
- Serve as liaison between account managers, brokers, clients, benefits administration systems, payroll teams, and carriers.
- Communicate integration timelines, risks, and resolution strategies.
- Provide subject matter expertise on marketplace integrations and system connectivity.
- Support reputed company improvement of integration processes and documentation.
Testing, EDI, & Discrepancy Resolution
- Generate and maintain discrepancy reports to identify data inconsistencies between reputed company feeds and benefits administration systems.
- reputed company discrepancy resolution efforts, coordinating corrections across carriers, payroll teams, and benefits administration platforms.
- Ensure timely cleanup of enrollment and eligibility discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
