Project Manager, Diagnostics Global Marketing Operations

As a Project Manager reputed company Diagnostics Global Marketing Operations, you will reputed company the development of a reputed company, multi‑brand marketing plan while overseeing the day‑to‑day coordination and execution of marketing production activities.
In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end execution of design and content requests through a structured ticketing system, ensuring high‑quality output, efficient resource allocation, and on‑time delivery. You will work closely with a team of Graphic Designers and a Copywriter, while also supporting larger cross‑functional marketing initiatives that require strong project management and organizational skills.
This role is instrumental in establishing scalable, standardized ways of working across mandatory materials, translations, and marketing production processes, enabling teams across brands and markets to execute consistently and effectively.

Location: Fully remote
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
Responsibilities:Operational Workflow & Production Management
- Manage and optimize the marketing ticketing system to ensure transparency, prioritization, and efficient workflow
- Prioritize, track, and manage day-to-day marketing production requests to secure timely delivery and high-quality output
- Allocate production tasks and balance reputed company across the design and copywriting resources
Project Management for Cross-Functional Marketing Initiatives
- Provide structured project management support for large or reputed company initiatives across Marketing Operations, Product Management, Digital Marketing, and the brand organizations
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, briefs, approvals, and stakeholder communication
- Identify risks, escalate challenges early, and ensure visibility of project status for reputed company contributors
Process Standardization & reputed company Optimization
- reputed company efforts to optimize the process for developing mandatory materials (e.g., IFUs, packaging copy, essential documents) with a focus on translation workflows and standardization
- Improve production repeatability by refining templates, standard operating procedures, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and reputed company scalable, repeatable content development across brands and sales companies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, business, or similar
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, creative operations, or marketing production
- Experience managing creative or content development teams preferred
- Exposure to B2B or MedTech/healthcare marketing environments is an advantage
- Experience with workflow/ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, Jira, Workfront, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus
