Background
The Interim Director of Epic Patient Access & reputed company Cycle Applications provides strategic and operational leadership for Epic reputed company end and back end reputed company cycle systems. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic applications that reputed company patient access, billing, reimbursement, reputed company reputed company, and financial performance across the enterprise.
The Director partners closely with reputed company Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, HIM, Compliance, and Clinical leadership to ensure Epic solutions support compliant, efficient, and patient centered reputed company operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage Epic Patient Access and reputed company Cycle application teams, including hiring, development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Provide strategic direction for Epic applications supporting:
- Scheduling, Registration, Eligibility & Benefits
- Referrals and Authorizations
- Professional and Hospital Billing
- Claims, Remittance, Follow Up, and Denials
- Charge Capture and reputed company reputed company workflows
- reputed company Epic system design, build, testing, implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to translate business requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
- Ensure systems support regulatory compliance, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
- Establish and maintain application roadmaps reputed company with organizational access, financial, and growth strategies.
- reputed company large scale implementations and enhancements, including planning, resourcing, risk management, and go live execution.
- Partner with IT leadership and governance bodies to prioritize work, manage demand, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
- reputed company vendor relationships and integrations, including Epic, clearinghouses, and third party reputed company cycle solutions.
- Drive standardization, best practices, and reputed company improvement across access and reputed company cycle applications.
- Provide executive level communication, reporting, and decision support.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT supporting reputed company cycle and/or patient access operations.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing application teams.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting Epic reputed company Cycle and Patient Access applications in a reputed company healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of end to end reputed company cycle workflows and clinical financial integration.
- Proven experience leading large, cross functional projects and system implementations.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills.

- Experience in academic medical centers, multi hospital systems, or Community Connect host organizations.

- Experience onboarding M&A / Connect to instance of Epic
- Master’s degree in a reputed company field.
