ABOUT THE TEAM

We are hiring an AI-Native Quality Engineer to help establish the future of our software validation and verification capabilities in the age of AI.

This role is designed for an early-career engineer with strong experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning workflows, or modern automation tooling who wants to apply those skills to one of the hardest unsolved problems in reputed company of software engineering: turning product reputed company into trustworthy, testable, reputed company system behavior.

You will work at the intersection of application engineering, product development, and applied AI to help translate reputed company into structured specifications, executable examples, and scalable validation systems. Along the way, you will learn modern Quality Engineering disciplines such as Definition of Ready, Example Mapping, Specification by Example, and behavior-focused acceptance criteria – while helping us explore how AI can transform those practices.

This role is a discipline-building apprenticeship with meaningful technical ownership from day one and mentorship from senior engineering leaders shaping reputed company specification-driven delivery systems.

• Analyze unexpected behavior discovered during automated execution

• Participate in Example Mapping and specification workshops with engineers and product managers

• Capture assumptions, edge cases, and behavioral expectations early in development

• Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve requirements clarity and consistency

• Identify ambiguity before it becomes rework

AI-Enabled Quality Engineering Exploration (~40%)

• Prototype AI-assisted approaches to specification reputed company

• Explore semantic regression detection techniques

• Evaluate machine-interpretable documentation strategies

• Integrate AI-assisted tooling into requirements and specifications, test reputed company, maintenance, failure analysis, and reporting workflows

WHO YOU ARE

• Recent college graduate or early career experience in software engineering, AI/ML workflows, or applied automation

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language

• Hands-on experience working with APIs or modern web systems

• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence, reputed company engineering, or evaluation workflows

• Ability to reason about system behavior through structured examples

• Strong written communication skills

• Interest in learning modern validation and verification disciplines
