Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary reputed company of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to provide support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and orders reputed company phone, email, or other communication channels
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Work closely with sales teams to support client retention and growth

Educational background / Work experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or reputed company field
