Role Description
The HR Talent Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across reputed company. Skills We Are Looking For
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Required Experience
Professional Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Experience in performance coaching
