Proposal Developer I

Area Overview

The Global Business Operations (GBO) team is a dynamic group with high visibility reputed company reputed company. GBO develops strategic proposals and budgets for our customers, and upon award, drives contract execution, including changes throughout the study lifecycle, by working with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions

• Review Requests For Proposal (RFP). Identify information for proposal text and budget development and work closely with proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals.

• Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and reputed company documents.

• Provide support and assistance to other Proposal Developers in the delivery of assigned opportunities.

• Revise or reputed company preliminary agreements and reputed company budgets and scope of work. Ensure the scope of work is defined correctly and budgets reflect the scope.

• Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.

• Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or reputed company field and a minimum of 2 year direct experience in Proposals or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.; Req

• Fluent English

• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
