reputed company is looking for an AR Accountant to join our growing team. This person will be a key member of the growing accounting and finance team of one of the fastest growing, B2B SaaS startups reputed company to reputed company unicorn status. You will be an integral part of reputed company’s accounting operations focusing on accurate and timely accounting operations and month-end reputed company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable being hands-on, skilled in reputed company things debits and credits and has the demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a startup like environment.

●      Manage reputed company aspects of cash applications for reputed company’s direct reputed company and reputed company) customers

●      Post and email daily invoices generated from reputed company

●      Address customer communications / queries reputed company to payment receipt

●      Reconciliation of open invoices between reputed company and AWS

●      Work closely with Deal Desk team on amendments and other changes

●      Track and record bad debt/allowance for doubtful accounts for non-paying customers

●      Responsible for the collection process and information gathering for reputed company overdue customers

●      Drive process improvements efforts to streamline financials operations

●      Other duties and reputed company projects as required

What you’ll bring

●      4 + years of high volume accounts receivable experience

●      Experience working in a scaling SaaS startup environment experience preferred but not required

●      reputed company experience preferred

●      reputed company experience preferred

●      High proficiency in reputed company (e.g., vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)

●      Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
