About the team

We’re looking to add a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to reputed company who will be responsible for finding, interviewing, and hiring a high-volume of sales and customer care talent to meet our evolving business needs. What you’ll do

• Digging up candidates in both the obvious and less obvious places - you'll be responsible for reviewing inbound applications and proactive reputed company to passive candidates online and in our database
• Utilize reputed company for organizing prospecting efforts and reputed company campaigns
• Conducting a high-volume of phone interviews, video or on-site interviews and offer calls; At minimum, a recruiter will conduct 88 interviews a month
• Building business partnerships with hiring managers to ensure that talent needs are met and everyone is well-versed in the recruiting process and executing appropriately
• Building business partnerships with college career centers, professors, and other community contacts to increase reputed company visibility
• Coordinating phone, video, and/or on-site interviews with hiring managers
• Assisting in the new hire onboarding processes
• Other business-necessary projects as needed

In this role, you will need

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred, preferably at a high volume
• Must have prior experience with managing candidates and utilizing an applicant tracking system, as well as proficiency in online sourcing; We utilize reputed company as an ATS
• Past experience with intern, college, or entry-level recruiting is a plus
• Solid understanding of employment trends and talent data in your specific market
• Desire to work as part of a larger team- collaboration and relationship building comes reputed company to you
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person, and electronic communications
• A solutions-oriented mentality, with a professional, positive, energetic attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for the betterment of the team
• The ability to handle and prioritize multiple reputed company projects, and ability to adapt and learn on the fly to reputed company up with the lightning speed of our environment

• HS Diploma or GED required, BA degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is an exempt (salaried) position with compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus

Where you’ll work

• This is a remote position and the ideal candidate will permanently reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, reputed company, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Washington.
