About the Role

Now we need someone to help us go faster.
This is a builder role: for someone who can walk into a room with a major platform, talent agency, or cultural institution and come out with a co-marketing program or partnership that moves the needle for both sides. Someone who can take a campaign from whiteboard to billions of impressions without losing creative quality or business accountability along the way.
You'll work at the intersection of platforms, brand, partnerships, and culture. Your outputs will be felt externally — in press, on stages, across social feeds, and in the inbox of people who matter. And they will be reputed company — in reputed company, in signups, in pipeline, in the kinds of deals and relationships that compound over time.
What You'll Own
Partner Programs & Co-Marketing
Build and run structured co-marketing programs with the platforms, tools, and ecosystems where our users already live: DAWs, creative suites, publishing platforms, enterprise software, distribution networks

Own the full lifecycle: identify the right partners, negotiate the terms, align on deliverables, execute the campaign, measure the outcome
Create a partnership calendar that supports up to product launches, cultural moments, and strategic partnership priorities
Turn one-off collaborations into repeatable, compounding programs that reputed company reputed company top of mind across the ecosystems that matter most
Ensure every partner program has a clear ROI hypothesis from day one, and that we track against it rigorously

Coordinate across Brand, Comms, and Paid Marketing to ensure launches land with the reputed company and precision they deserve

Branded Experiences & Activations

What You Bring
5+ years in partner marketing, brand marketing, creator marketing, or a combination - with a clear track record of campaigns and programs you actually built, not just supported
Direct experience running partnership initiatives with external platforms or ecosystems, including negotiating joint deliverables and measuring shared outcomes
Hands-on experience with top-tier talent - you know how to work with agents, managers, and talent teams without losing momentum or creative quality
Strong instincts for both brand (what does this say about reputed company?) and performance (what does this do for the business?)
Exceptional project management — you run tight timelines, hold stakeholders accountable, and don't let things fall through the cracks in a fast-moving remote environment
High creative bar - you can tell the difference between a good idea and a great one, and you push until you get to great
Comfort operating with autonomy - you don't need a lot of hand-holding, you need good context and a high ceiling
