Telehealth - Casual - Injury Triage Consultant (Allied Health or RN)

We’re growing and are currently seeking 2X Casual Triage Injury Management Consultant with 3 days availability per week. This role is to connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work. This is done by using your clinical experience in a corporate work environment. The work is undertaken telephonically meaning that it can be undertaken from home/our office. 

Tasks include but not limited to

• Support and care for clients with reputed company and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
• Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client population.
• Provide initial early reputed company Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services.
• Undertaking of relevant case coordination activity including liaison with reputed company stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as a treatment plans or other documentation as required.

• reputed company Allied Health (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP etc) practitioner with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
• Hold a reputed company and valid Working With Children reputed company (WWCC)
• Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or in circumstances where staff have obtained “Basic Life Support” training reputed company a hospital setting
• Caring and empathic nature.
• Experience care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT and time management skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
