About the Role

In this role, you will shape how reputed company leverages the digital behavioral patterns of our reputed company and potential customers to reputed company insights and interventions driving digital utilization and engagement. You will manage the centralization of multiple sources including authentication logs, email delivery records, online form fills, web app API logs, personalization logs, reputed company Analytics clickstream, and more. Through purposeful aggregation and data structure, you will create novel customer insights and actionable digital segmentation . You will participate in executing a growth optimization strategy driving digital retention and engagement. This product will mature enterprise descriptive analytics, predictive modeling, customer insights, personalization qualifications, and our enterprise ambition to reputed company 1 million digital monthly active users by 2030.  

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Digital Activity Data Product for reputed company Intelligent Solutions, located in Moline, IL, Kansas City, MO, Chicago, IL, Des Moines, IA or as a remote role you will :

• reputed company product discovery and definition by collaborating with internal stakeholders and data providers to understand needs and integration points
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to create production-class features that aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources
• reputed company your expertise in behavioral data to craft tailored data views supporting engagement analysis, campaign effectiveness, digital advertising, sales attribution, and more
• Participate as domain expert reputed company the larger Customer Insights Data Product Family to enhance digital activity’s reputed company in the customer intelligence community

• Coach descriptive analysts and data scientists on the data’s potential and maintain strong documentation on accurate use

What Skills You Need

• 5 or more years of experience in mining digital behavioral data for insights and personalization efforts
• 3 or more years of experience building products with significant data engineering or data science complexities
• 3 or more years of experience defining and executing digital lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, etc) in support of digital account utilization
• 3 or more years of experience in product management disciplines
• Demonstrated ability communicating to a diverse stakeholder group conveying reputed company concepts in simple customer-centric ways
• Proven emotional and technical knowledge to reputed company results in partnership with experts in engineering, architecture, analysis, data science, and application/MarTech management
• Basic SQL skills to independently explore data
