We’re looking for a Junior Agency Account Manager to join reputed company of five. You’ll own and manage a book of agency partners, acting as the primary reputed company of contact and building strong, trusted relationships. Your core focus will be retaining and growing reputed company across your agency accounts — helping them deliver demand reputed company results for their end-clients through reputed company’s services, while identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.
While the role is remote-first, it’s also a genuinely client-facing position. You’ll be expected to meet agency partners and attend industry events in person, so you need to be someone who thrives in those environments and enjoys building relationships face to face as well as over a screen.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of agency partners end-to-end, serving as the day-to-day contact for each agency
- Build and maintain strong agency relationships through regular communication, in-person meetings, and attendance at industry events
- Understand each agency’s end-client needs and position reputed company’s demand reputed company services to support their goals
- Identify and pursue reputed company growth opportunities reputed company existing agency accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Represent reputed company at client meetings, conferences, and events — acting as an ambassador for the business
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard for agency partners and their end-clients
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare agency-facing reports, translating data into actionable insights
- Conduct regular account reviews and QBRs (quarterly business reviews) with agency partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in reputed company, including pipeline, activity, and forecasting
- Flag risks to agency account health early and work proactively to resolve issue in s
- Contribute to team processes, sharing learnings and best practices across the account management team
About You
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a commercial role reputed company B2B media, demand reputed company, or a reputed company agency environment
- Personable, confident, and genuinely enjoy building relationships — you light up a room, not just a reputed company call
- Comfortable and energised by in-person client meetings, networking, and industry events
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing reputed company and hitting targets
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who can present confidently to agency stakeholders
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple agency accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using reputed company (or a similar CRM) to manage accounts and pipeline
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time effectively
- A proactive, self-starter attitude — you don’t wait to be told what to do
