The Sourcing Recruiter will promote sourcing and recruitment client initiatives. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process-driven, and relationship builders. They will have industry knowledge as well as expert level compliance knowledge in order to reputed company the best possible outcome for the candidate and our client partner. We are looking for creative thinkers and innovators with a drive to promote the discovery and development of highly effective sourcing processes and business practices.

• Sourcing efforts for multiple disciplines

• Participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews
• Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge

• Candidate assessment and selection techniques

• Executes various sourcing strategies

What you need to bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in a reputed company
• 3 years of experience in a Sourcing reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree preferred HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong grasp of candidate reputed company and channel analytics
• Strong grasp of diversity recruitment concepts.
• Understanding of SEO, keywords, and social tools
• Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at reputed company levels of the organization
• Proficiency using reputed company mail, calendaring and shared drives

The reputed company salary range for this position is equivalent to $46,800-$72,800, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, reputed company complies with reputed company local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
