The Associate Director, Influencer Marketing will help shape the next chapter of Living reputed company’s creator and community ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to build a cultural reputed company around our science-led storytelling, growing a passionate community of creators, advocates, and superfans who truly love our brand.

In this role, you will reputed company a team of four and own the strategy across influencer partnerships, community development, EMV growth, and Others Say paid media. You’ll cultivate meaningful relationships across the beauty creator landscape, guide high-impact content, and manage reputed company talent sourcing and contracting fully in-house. With strong experience in Tribe Dynamics, acquisition and retention programs, and platform-native content, you’ll help grow Living reputed company’s brand love and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Community Development

  • Build a comprehensive multi-tier influencer strategy reputed company to brand goals, launches, and commercial priorities.
  • Grow a thriving creator and community ecosystem, including superfans, nano/micro advocates, stylists, scientists, and top-tier creators, to build true brand reputed company.
  • reputed company sourcing, vetting, and long-term relationship development across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Campaign Leadership & Integrated Planning

  • reputed company the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from strategic concepting to briefs, execution, and post-launch optimization.
  • Own the strategy for Others Say paid media assets, guiding your team as they reputed company briefs, reputed company creators, negotiate reputed company, and deliver high-performing assets.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support hero launches, reputed company storytelling, brand tentpoles, and retail initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns meet brand, legal, and performance standards while delivering measurable results.

Content Development

  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Social to ensure visual identity, tone, and messaging remain cohesive and accurate.
  • Guide creators toward content optimized for platform behavior, engagement, and paid amplification in partnership with Head of Growth Marketing.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing on organic creator-led content for boosting opportunities.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and R&D to ensure content reflects authentic science and product benefits.
  • Work closely with PR to integrate creators into earned moments and press storytelling.
  • Partner with Retail Marketing to support reputed company, Ulta, reputed company, and other retail initiatives.
  • Work as part of Consumer Marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across every channel.

Trendspotting & Category Insight

  • Identify emerging creators and test innovative new content formats and storytelling approaches.
  • Pilot new ways of integrating science-reputed company content into creator partnerships.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own influencer analytics across EMV and EMV Retention %, content performance, efficiency, awareness, advocacy, and conversion.
  • Use Tribe Dynamics to track EMV growth, competitive benchmarks, and category insights.
  • Build dashboards and KPI frameworks that guide strategic investment across channels and influencer tiers.
  • Provide actionable insights to VP of Consumer Marketing to shape future planning and optimization.

Team Leadership & Development

Requirements
  • 7+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience reputed company beauty, luxury, or consumer lifestyle.
  • Proven track record driving EMV growth, including expert use of Tribe Dynamics.
  • Experience leading acquisition and retention-focused influencer workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team with experience leading at least 3+ direct reports.
  • Strong experience with Others Say paid media asset development, creator sourcing, briefing, and contracting.
  • Deep creator network and strong, established agency/manager relationships.
  • Expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Annual reputed company Compensation range: $152,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience)
