Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving reputed company customer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
• Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
• Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications:
