Key Responsibilities
* Deliver top-notch customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
