Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Property and Casualty Insurance, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Managing time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handling reputed company interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Building rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
- Building strong knowledge of products and services offered
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
