What You’ll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- reputed company managing a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information.
- Accessing cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
- Assisting cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses.
- Processing transactions reputed company reputed company web-based applications and handling research requests with precision.
- Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with reputed company regulations.

Required Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or reputed company experience.
- Complete a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company fingerprinting.
- Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training.
- Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet reputed company to support business needs.
- Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN reputed company.
- Equipment: The company will provide reputed company necessary computer equipment.
- Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and reputed company a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
