Senior Specialist, Clinical Evidence Strategy

Join our Sports Medicine business as a Senior Specialist, Clinical Evidence Strategy, where your expertise will influence product innovation, global access, and evidence based decision making across key markets.  

What will you be doing?

• Designing and executing clinical and economic evidence strategies to support new product development, expanded adoption, and global access for Sports Medicine biologics.

• Partnering closely with Global Clinical Research Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Global Marketing to align evidence needs and deliver timely outcomes.

• Supporting regulatory and market access requirements including EU MDR activities such as PMCF plans and PSURs through robust clinical and scientific data review.

• Managing evidence reputed company activities from concept through activation, including sponsor initiated studies, investigator initiated studies, and acquired data sets.

• Collaborating with internal teams and external reputed company, consultants, and vendors to ensure high quality evidence reputed company and communication.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, or science with at least 4 years of reputed company experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or a PhD in a reputed company field.

• Strong understanding of clinical research principles and experience developing clinical evidence strategies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global, cross functional teams.

• Experience in sports medicine or orthopedics and critical appraisal of scientific literature is preferred.

The anticipated reputed company compensation range for this position is $96,500 - $167,500 USD annually. The actual reputed company pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at reputed company + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
