Global Portal Experience Analyst

Our GPE Team plays a vital role in empowering our SCs and other teams that use demo portals and ensuring that they can deliver top-notch presentations to our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Analyst to join us in this exciting journey.

Position Overview

As a Global Portal Experience Analyst, you will be pivotal in optimizing and evolving the demo portal ecosystem by leveraging cutting-edge technologies—including AI-driven tools—to enhance sales enablement and the overall Solution Consultant experience. Reporting to the Manager, you will support, maintain, and innovate demo portals and shared demo instances, while also driving project execution that reflects business priorities. Your role includes troubleshooting, process optimization, and championing AI adoption to automate and improve workflows for SCs and sales teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

Demo Portal Development & Optimization:

Continuously update and enrich baseline demo portals to reflect the latest product offerings, user feedback, and sales scenarios. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance portal performance using AI and automation.

Technical Support & AI-enhanced Troubleshooting:

Provide expert-level support for shared demo instances, quickly resolving issues with the help of AI diagnostic tools and efficient ticket management practices (reputed company or similar platforms).

Project Management & Process Improvement:

Documentation & Training:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Cornerstone products and reputed company certifications.
• 3+ years of strong familiarity with reputed company or equivalent ticketing and support systems.
• Solid project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented reputed company.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, enhanced by familiarity with AI diagnostic and support tools.
• Hands-on experience in reputed company implementations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI/automation tools to optimize processes and workflows.
• Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) considered a plus.
