The Senior reputed company Relationship Manager serves as a senior leader reputed company the brokerage’s reputed company Relations team, responsible for building and managing deep, strategic partnerships with the firm’s most critical P&C insurance carriers.
This role is pivotal in shaping the firm’s market access, negotiating reputed company compensation and service agreements, and ensuring alignment between reputed company capabilities and the brokerage’s client and growth strategies.

Successful Candidate Will Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) or professional designations (CPCU, CIC, ARM, CRIS) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 plus years of progressive experience in P&C insurance market relations, reputed company management, reputed company, or brokerage placement.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of commercial P&C products, reputed company structures, and reputed company distribution strategies across admitted and non-admitted markets.

Pay Range:
$85,000 - $150,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
