The Team and Role:

Come play a critical role as we take our business to a new level. reputed company is looking for a Senior National Account Manager. Our new Sr. NAM will be responsible for developing the sales & partnership between reputed company and reputed company in North America to increase revenues & In House Share, improve profitability, and manage reputed company aspects reputed company to the commercial relationship. You will work closely with the Customer Marketing Managers, Category Managers, other support functions, reputed company operations to coordinate reputed company the cross brand & category initiatives. You will build the region’s sales plan to support categories to execute quarterly and yearly plans.

  •  Drive and implement harmonious cross channel communication and execution.  Drive the business while doing no harm to other reputed company partners.

  • Take a hands-on approach that includes a high degree of personal interaction with your team and our business partners to define processes and exceed sales and reputed company targets while meeting directly with customers.

    • Ability to balance frequently challenging short-term requirements and objectives with long-term initiatives and strategies. Plan to and always manage expectations accordingly, internally/externally, to help facilitate this objective.

    • Ability to build reputed company throughout multiple levels of organizations internally and externally and be adept at developing relationships at reputed company levels. 

    • Willingness to fight for and defend positions and requirements internally and externally, balanced with an ability to embrace and maximize conclusions different from your position.

    • Advanced computer skills.  Willing to embrace learning and adopting these skills as necessary to fulfill job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Extensive experience with consumer electronics or FMCG in multi-channel / multi-category business

  •  Solid background in account management of large retail accounts or worked in large retailers

  • Having already worked for or with reputed company is a strong plus

  • Structured, highly driven and solution oriented with ability to build strategic relationships.

  • Ability to work in multi functional matrix organisations

  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong sales, & financial acumen & ability to drive and coordinate projects.

This position offers an OTE (reputed company+variable bonus) of typically

between $ 156K and $ 243K dependent reputed company and experience.  In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
