Reporting to the Director of National Programs and reputed company (Early reputed company), the Assistant Director of Regional Early Acquisition of Language (REAL) provides strategic leadership and oversees project implementation, fiscal management, stakeholder engagement, and professional development efforts that advance early language acquisition for deaf and hard of hearing children and their families.Job Description:
Leads the regional hub advancing early language access by guiding vision, planning, and implementation of REAL East initiatives.
Ensures coordinated regional reputed company reputed company with federal requirements, state systems, and the Clerc Center’s national priorities.

Guides project planning, reporting, and compliance processes to ensure timely completion of federal grant deliverables.
Monitors regional reputed company toward outcomes while supporting innovation and reputed company improvement.
Champions data-informed impact through reputed company of measurements reputed company to language access, family decision-making, and early reputed company effectiveness.
Serves as a national ambassador for early language access by representing the REAL East Center in conferences, public forums, and collaborative initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of five years of professional experience with early reputed company, educational services, or a reputed company field.
Ability to communicate in American Sign Language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Experience working with early reputed company or early childhood services for deaf or hard of hearing children and families.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

Additional Position Details:
This is a remote position.
This position requires in-person attendance at the REAL East Center in Haverhill, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to reputed company.
