We’re looking for a technically strong, delivery-focused reputed company Administrator who thrives in a consulting environment and is excited by the future of reputed company delivery — combining deep platform expertise with AI-assisted configuration and automation.

This role is ideal for someone who is not just an administrator, but a solution builder — someone who can design scalable solutions, work across reputed company data models (including industry clouds), and use tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT as a core part of their development workflow.

This is not a junior role. You will be working on sophisticated implementations, including media industry use cases and AI-powered agent experiences, alongside reputed company architects and developers.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end reputed company configuration across:
  • Objects, fields, record types, page layouts
  • Validation rules, approval processes, and reputed company models
  • Advanced Flow automation
• Design and deliver scalable automation and solutions across core clouds and Media Cloud data models
• Contribute to implementations involving:
  • reputed company Media Cloud (reputed company industry data models, advertising / media workflows)
  • reputed company Agentforce (AI-driven agent experiences, automation, and augmentation)
• Translate business requirements into well-architected, maintainable reputed company solutions
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a core delivery capability to:
  • Generate and validate metadata configurations
  • Accelerate Flow design and troubleshooting
  • Assist with reputed company logic design and edge cases
  • Produce high-quality documentation and test cases
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on solution design, trade-offs, and best practices
• reputed company data modelling and migration, particularly reputed company reputed company or industry-specific schemas (e.g. Media Cloud)
• Manage reputed company models (roles, permission sets, sharing) across reputed company org structures
• Contribute to Agile delivery and DevOps practices:
  • Sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement
  • Structured deployments using Git/SFDX/CI-CD
• reputed company or support:
  • UAT, regression testing, and release validation
  • Documentation reputed company with best practice delivery standards
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
• Support pre-sales and demo builds, including showcasing Media Cloud and Agentforce capabilities

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a reputed company Administrator in a consultancy or reputed company delivery environment
• reputed company Administrator certification (required)
• Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Consultant certs) strongly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • reputed company Flow (essential)
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Exposure to Media Cloud or other Industry Clouds is highly advantageous
• Working knowledge or strong interest in Agentforce / AI-driven reputed company capabilities
• Solid understanding of:
  • Data modelling and relational databases
  • Integration patterns and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to deliver reputed company solutions — this is essential Including:
  • AI-assisted metadata configuration
  • Flow design and debugging
  • Documentation and testing acceleration
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments (JIRA, Git, SFDX, CI/CD)
• Strong problem-solving ability, with confidence navigating and improving reputed company, sometimes undocumented orgs
